What is Pole Divas®?
Pole Divas is a pole dancing and striptease company focused on strengthening a woman’s body, mind, and soul. Our classes and parties are customized to meet the needs of our clients. Our classes are more fitness-based, and allow our clients to advance in the art of pole dancing and striptease. Our parties are geared towards ladies looking to experience pole dancing in a more fun, lighthearted atmosphere.
What are Pole Divas classes?
Pole Divas classes are dance and fitness-based classes focused on building muscle tone and improving cardiovascular health. Classes meet on a weekly basis, and may be tailored to meet the fitness needs of the group. The classes incorporate moves from Pilates, yoga, striptease and, of course, pole dancing. Ladies get great cardiovascular and strength training workouts, while also stretching their muscles. Participants usually burn up to 400 calories per hour. Ladies can expect to leave class feeling sexy, strong, and confident!

What are Pole Divas parties?
Our instructors provide a fun-filled evening for women to encourage each other while experiencing something exciting and new. We provide the dance pole and props, and the party hostess provides the house and the girlfriends. Together we provide the fun!
The parties are exclusively developed for your specific party. The parties can be classy enough for bridal showers, and a bit more naughty for a girls-night-out or bachelorette party. The party consultant will tailor all the moves depending upon the age, flexibility, and willingness of the group. The women can be as young as 18, or as experienced as 98. Our goal is for every woman to leave the party feeling beautiful, strong, sexy and confident!
Do I need prior experience to learn how to pole dance?
Absolutely not! The beauty of our lessons is that each move is broken down into easy-to-learn steps. We guarantee that you will feel sexy and confident while performing each move. Modifications are also provided to ladies with limited range of motion, or previous injuries, so that each woman can safely perform each move.
